 ### Information About Faculty Meetings

All regular meetings of the Faculty are held on Tuesdays from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the Faculty Room of University Hall. Tea is served starting at 2:30 p.m. The *in camera* degree meetings in November and February will directly follow the regular meetings those months. The *in camera* degree meeting on Monday, May 24, will be held from 4:30 to 5:00 p.m. in the Faculty Room of University Hall. If a meeting time or location is to be changed, notice will be given by the Secretary of the Faculty.



 

 ### Rules and Guidelines

Per the Rules of Faculty Procedure, “No class meeting, tutorial conference, examination, or other academic activity under the control of this Faculty and involving the presence of a voting member of this Faculty, and no meeting of any committee of this Faculty or of any of its subdivisions, shall be scheduled from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m., or any part of that period, on any of the days designated for regular Faculty meetings.” For the [Rules of Faculty Procedure](https://officeofthesecretary.fas.harvard.edu/sites/g/files/omnuum2291/files/2026-07/2026-2027_RFP_Final.pdf) in full, click the link.
